We strive to complete your repair within 3-5 working days or sooner. We will contact you when the repair is complete.
Once your repair order has been processed, you will be sent an address to send your device to us. Our delivery address is:

Firstly, find the repair you would like to purchase on the site.
Then add the repair to your basket.
Once you have all the repairs you need, view your basket by clicking on "View Basket" on the right hand side.
Check your orders, scroll down and click the Checkout button. Follow the instructions to complete the order. If you are not an existing customer, you will be prompted to register with us.
You will then be given an order number and sent an our address to send your device for repair.
Although we do our best to avoid losing any data, we may have to remove some or all of your data.
Because of this, we advise you back up any personal data such as music or images before sending the device to us.
We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal. You can pay through our website or over the phone on 0116 2866447.
Yes. All of our repairs come with a 12 month warranty.
If you cannot find the repair you want, please call us on 0116 2866447 and we will be happy to help.
This is not necessary for the repairs we do. Please remove your SIM card from your phone before you send it to us for repair.
We will send your HTC back to you safely through Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is fully insured and will require a signature on delivery.
